While the mood is informal and friendly, we are customer focused, professional and dedicated, and believe in offering you the best solutions to your training issues by being flexible and creative.

We have a happy family of personnel here at Focus, working in all areas from administration and organisation, finance and business development to quality assurance, general maintenance and housekeeping. While we have a core of excellent in-house facilitators, we also work closely with a bank of around 20 specialist trainers who we call upon to deliver bespoke programmes following a specific needs' analysis with our clients.

All our facilitators are approachable, professional and they are recognised for their ability to create a rewarding working partnership with clients. All have a proven industry background and their skill and experience allows them to quickly build enthusiasm and generate an exciting group dynamic. We believe that people learn best by doing and ensure that sessions are hands-on, highly practical and fun!

While we incorporate the latest hi-tech training aids as required, people always come first and our programmes are noted for their lively, customer-focused atmosphere.
