Roz Collier

Hi, I'm Roz Collier and I am an Associate Training Consultant with Focus. I have a retail management and buying background and started my training career over 13 years ago with an experiential training company before starting out self-employed. I am a real believer in interaction-based learning and use accelerated learning and experiential techniques in all my work. Qualifications with the CIPD and outdoor activity governing bodies enable me to support both the mental and physical safety of the folk that I am working with. My motivation is to see people have 'light bulb' moments when it all falls into place for them. For hobbies I like to walk in the mountains, climb and sail as well as spending time in the vegetable garden, which is very important to me. I believe that our dreams are a reality that we haven't achieved yet and we all have the ability to do just that.
