My interest in team working is rooted in my experiences of managing and working in teams within blue chip FMCG businesses - in sales and supply chain. I want to encourage teams into making discoveries about themselves and learning how to make their team really work. I believe the activities here at Focus give the best opportunity of transferring this successfully back to the work place.

Working in the beautiful Lancashire countryside is perfect for me. I've returned to my roots and I'm happy outdoors wearing my silly hat! And I'll talk sport - at great length - with anyone who'll listen!
