Howard Crook

I'm Howie Crook and have been involved with development training for the last twenty years. I was drawn into the field after taking a job at an outdoor centre running development programmes. This sparked a passion for designing and delivering experiential programmes that really move organisations and their people forwards.

I consider myself very lucky in that I've been let lose to run programmes with people pretty much across the world and at all levels within business; however my biggest area of expertise is lies in designing and developing graduate and new entrant programmes for business, setting their expectation in business and creating a clear, solid foundation from which to build careers.

20 years on as well as doing the training work still passionate about the outdoors, working with organisations to help train and develop instructors and trainers, and also enjoying sharing time with out with the family (when not trying to rebuild the house as it falls down around us)!
