My first love was theatre - escaping into characters to understand what makes different personalities tick and of course entertaining people. I trained as a professional actress at the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and after many years of treading the boards up and down the country in regional theatres, the smell of the grease paint wasn’t potent enough to pay the bills!  So the grease paints were boxed up and my passion for understanding people and their behaviours was put to use in the world of business.  

 

Over the past 8 years I have worked in a variety of industries – from train operating companies to banks, developing people from a wide range of roles – from train drivers to contact centre managers, and travelled both far and wide – from India to Stevenage.   Wherever and whatever…..there is always one constant …..people…..and I love helping them to get the best out of themselves and others. Areas I specialise in include design and delivery of customer service training and sales skills, team leader coaching and motivational skills and team management skills.  I really enjoy experiential training using actors to change cultures and behaviours within organisations
