You may be a new team just getting to know each other or an established team celebrating success.

 

Focus team building includes fun and interactive outdoor challenges and experiences, none of which are daunting or physically demanding. You’ll be co-operating, communicating, sharing experiences and developing trust, and when you get back to work, you’ll have spent time together that you’ll want to talk about. Your improved rapport can help you achieve your stretching goals and targets.

Focus takes a unique approach to learning, and the key to our success is enabling the transfer of skills learnt back to the workplace. We utilise Kolbs learning cycle and also we work on the premise:

Focus has developed its own diagnostic to measure high-performing team competencies pre and post intervention. The information gathered before the team build is used at the design stage and enables the facilitators to focus on the specific needs. We measure the effectiveness of your team day around 6 months later to look at how the team have developed in the areas identified at the outset. Please ask for more details.
