Hello. My name is Nigel Percy and I regularly work as an Associate Trainer with Focus. My hot buttons are Accelerated Learning and Personal Motivation but the key to all my sessions is people having fun. I feel that when people experience learning and have fun doing it; they will remember and use the points they learned.

Before setting up my own Company in 2004, I was Head of Learning & Development at Interbrew Plc for 8 years from which I also bring expertise in Leadership and Coaching as well as a range of Management Skills. I have an MSc in Training and Performance Management.

My interests are varied; golf, football, orienteering, reading, music and cookery. I live in Nottingham with my partner and 4 young children.
