Hi, I'm Dave Scott and I have enjoyed over twenty years of supporting teams and individuals with their development. Whilst training as a teacher I recognised that my most powerful learning came not from teaching or lecturing but through shared experiences, often outdoors, with friends and colleagues, and I have not entered a classroom since! My shared learning experiences have taken place in Africa, America, Europe and the Far East with Blue Chip companies to Not-for-profit organisations. These experienced have led to meaningful converations and happy memories. I look forward to sharing more.

I enjoy life, and its varied adventures, with my wife and young son from our home in the peak district.
