Hello there. My name is Bob Wilkinson and I started working with Focus Training as an Associate Training Consultant in 2008 developing their offerings in the field of Business Process Improvement. Having worked for 3M, a global manufacturing company, for nearly 10 years, I gained my black-belt in six sigma and moved into a consultancy role offering the manufacturing and engineering knowledge I had accumulated.

I am truly passionate about the need to involve people at all levels of the organisation in efforts to improve a business and believe Focus Training's approach to developing teams dovetails with this beautifully. What could be better than having a fully-focused, high performing team with knowledge of all the tools and techniques required to make your business more profitable, less complex and in absolute line with your customers' needs?

When not working I can usually be found at the local rugby club either playing, coaching, pitch tending, bar tending.... the list goes on, just ask my wife and children!
