FREE Focus Taster Day Thursday 4th March - "The Nature of What We Do"

How is Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) having an impact on our organisational values? Why is it important? How do I get my teams to buy into it and understand how CSR will benefit our company? 

This Spring Taster Day will answer the above questions and help you to implement the CSR mindset into your day to day working. We'll be using the TetraMap behavioural tool and bringing the learning to life by getting you involved in our challenging outdoor activities. You'll have the opportunity to see how CSR works in business by working on a real life case study.

The day is a great opportunity to try before you buy - or come along and see how we could help you for any future need you may have. You'll feel like a delegate, enjoying the delicious bacon sandwiches (or veg alternative) on arrival with a delicious hot two course lunch prepared freshly by our on-site chef. You also be able to spend time networking with like minded HR and L&D professionals.
