Following the announcement of the date of this summer's FREE Focus Taster day (16th June) we're really pleased to have the details for you:
This taster day we'll be concentrating on Leading your People Through Change, Motivating & Engaging Them. We've chosen this subject in answer to the requests from many of our clients and because so many organisations have experienced difficult change following these tough economic times. They now face the challenge of re-building moral and increasing productivity.
The Taster Day will follow the format of a morning session, lunch and an afternoon session, packed with useful information, outdoor experiential activities and the linking of this learning back to the workplace.
In the morning we'll be looking at where your team lies on the change curve, how to re-build the right team dynamics for success and why culture is a really important consideration! We'll be using the outdoor activities to bring this theory to life. Lunch is a delicious farmhouse fayre two course hot meal prepared freshly on the premises by our on-site chef. In the afternoon, we'll be heading up to the woods linking to the morning's theory. For those who have been working with Focus for a while, we're excited about unveiling a few new activities for you to attempt!
