Leadership Training
Inspirational Leaders are not born!
Focus inspires leaders to create a vision, and communicate and motivate others to deliver.
We explore leadership theories, do stretching practical exercises to create the mindset of an inspirational leader, developing their personal impact through behavioural tools like Emotional Intelligence and MSQ. We help leaders to really understand themselves and reveal the true impact they have on others.
Management Training and Learning
We will work with you to create impacting training which enables your people to develop their management skills according to your and their specific needs.
Due to the nature of experiential training, underpinned by impacting theory sessions, both new and experienced managers will feel safe to try out new styles and behaviours. They would be involved in engaging outdoor activites which are then reviewed and the learning is applied back to the workplace. Managers are encouraged to give and receive feedback where appropriate in a confidential and supportive environment. We use a range of behavioural tools to help managers to understand their own styles and to aid them in getting the best from others in order to motivate them.
We can also help you with design and delivery of your own management programmes and there is also the option to ILM accredit these programmes.
