Coaching Process - Focus Training

Coaching Process:

Stage 1 - Relationship Building

  • getting to know our executive, understanding their needs and the organisational needs
  • discussing and agreeing expectations
  • briefing them on the use of a suitable behavioural tool to gain a measure of individuals currenr performance. This can be a 360 tool such as Emotional Intellegence (EQ)

Stage 2 - Feedback

  • focusing on delivering the feedback from the personal diagnostic tool. This gives the executive a clear picture of where their skills lie at  that moment in time. A period of reflection (usually 2 weeks) follows this session

Stage 3 - Action Planning

  •  begins with identifying the future requirements of the executive in their leadership role in the organisation over the next 12 months
  •  creating a personal development plan that the executive 'owns', to support their improvement and development over the forthcoming 12 months

The executive will return to the business with their personal development plan, and a further three half-days of coaching sessions can be agreed with the executive if necessary to give them continued support in them implementing their personal plan. At the end of the 12 months the executive can complete the personal diagnostic tool again which would then give them a measure of their change and development.
