How would a partnership with Focus Training help my company?

Focus Training was set up to specifically enable our clients to become partners and develop long term relationships with us, so that we can assist you in developing your talent and upskilling your people with a long-sighted view. We look at on-going effective developments which tie-into your learning and development frameworks rather than concentrating on short term 'fixes'.

A good number of our clients have been with us since our conception in 1991, and we enjoy working with them and playing an important part in their growth as an organisation.

How would a partnership with Focus Training help me in my role?

Would you like to get involved in the training of your teams and help to ensure that the learning is implemented on a day to day basis once you are back in the workplace? Would you like to add experiential training to your skills as a facilitator?

One of the reasons that Jane Backhouse set up Focus Training was because she was frustrated with not being able to get involved with the training delivered by external experiential training providers. Today at Focus, we feel that having a company facilitator helping to support on an event can be very important to the implementation back in your business. We can train you up to become a support faciliator working with a Focus lead facilitator. This is just one day's training here on site and is also a very cost effective option in the long run: for future workshops where two facilitators are required, we will only charge for one Focus facilitator and use your skills to support as the second facilitator.
