Our bespoke workshops involve your people in practical and memorable outdoor activities, where they are helped to reflect and learn from their experiences. We design each workshop specifically around your needs, culture and the time you have available, using the appropriate skilled facilitator with strong operational background.
Focus takes a unique approach to learning, and the key to our success is relating those learning experiences back to the workplace. We aim to improve relationships and develop behavioural skills enabling your people to work more effectively. 
Our centre of training excellence, which is ILM accredited, is hosted within the woodland and farmland on our beautiful 360-acre organic site.
