Our bespoke workshops involve your people in practical and memorable outdoor activities, which they are helped to reflect on and learn from. Focus takes a unique approach to learning, and the key to our success is relating those learning experiences back to the workplace. We aim to improve relationships and develop behavioural skills enabling your people to work more effectively. 
Our centre of training excellence, which is ILM accredited, is hosted within the woodland and farmland on our beautiful 360-acre organic site.
